All payments are currently powered by Stripe and Square (make sure you\u2019ve <a href=\"https:\/\/synder.com\/help\/how-to-connect-stripe-to-quickbooks-online\/\">connected Stripe to QuickBooks<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/synder.com\/help\/connect-square-to-synder\/\">Square to QuickBooks<\/a> in Synder, as well).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> <strong>Create an invoice in your QuickBooks. <\/strong>Create an invoice in your QuickBooks company and click on <em>Save<\/em>. You can also create it on Synder\u2019s side, following the recommendations from our guide above (the invoices created directly in Synder will appear in QuickBooks within several minutes). They&#8217;ll automatically appear in your list of invoices in both QuickBooks and Synder.<br><strong>2. Synder Invoicing Tab. <\/strong>Go to Synder and click on the <em>Invoicing<\/em> (1) tab on the left-side menu \u2192 <em>Invoices<\/em> (2), and you\u2019ll be able to see the list of invoices you have in your QuickBooks company. You may use the <em>\u201cPreview\u201d<\/em> button for each invoice to see what\u2019s going to be sent. Notification. <\/strong><\/strong>When you see the notification that your invoice was sent successfully, your customers will receive an<strong> <strong>email with the invoice PDF attachment and the link to pay the invoice with their credit card<\/strong>.<\/strong><br>Congratulations, you did it! Just hit the \u201c<em>Edit\u201d <\/em>button near the invoice, turn on the recurring option and select the frequency and date to start sending the invoice on a recurring basis.
