Tony recalls, \u201cAs our volume started ticking up, I had to find a solution because it just wasn’t feasible for me to be able to keep up. I\u2019d spend at least two hours a day five days a week in the beginning. And then as the business grew, it got to the point where I felt so overwhelmed that I\u2019d just put it to the side. Then the next thing I knew, it was like, I can’t leave this to the side.
